Camp Hill, PA – When a senior citizen living alone requires a home care provider ensuring that they receive only the most ethical, trustworthy, and knowledgeable help is paramount. Competent professionals, who offer home care services, know the importance of learning about the biggest issues in the industry and address them before they ever happen to provide the best care. The staff at Neighborly Home Care continually dedicates time to learning about the problems in the home care industry and to learn about what can be done to remedy these issues. As part of our commitment to learning and improving our services,
Neighborly Home Care attended the PHA Private Duty Summit on November 12, 2014. From 8:30am to 4:00pm at the Radisson Hotel Harrisburg in Camp Hill, attendees from Neighborly Home Care learned a great source of new information about the elderly care service industry from top-notch speakers such as John Gilliland and Lucy Andrews. With an itinerary of topics ranging from “The Top Five Strategies for 2015” to “HIPPA & Technology: Keeping it Private” and “Affordable Care Act Action Plan: Your Next Steps” Neighborly Home Care attendees were able to gain a wealth of information to better help us improve our services for the upcoming year.
